Reduce Your Risk of Failure
Innovation & Entrepreneurship is risky by definition. This course will show you how to reduce risk by reducing the time, money, and resources needed to test ideas using the Lean Startup approach.
Corporate innovation and startups are not about technology. It's about solving real problems. If you can relate with some or all of these, then we can help you
You have a startup or innovation idea but don't know where to start or you're stuck
You have an upcoming or current project that still has too many unknowns including usability and financial viability
Your new app, platform, product, or service is not creating the returns you've hoped for
You have a new innovation or tech project and need to forecast the budget needed
“There's a lot of mention about "validating" ideas for startups from various online sources. However, the problem especially for a beginner like me, is that I don't know the how's and what's in order to do proper validation.
The knowledge you bring in your talks is the answer to that.
After the webinar earlier, I was thinking that we probably need to realign things now especially that we're not yet far in building the tech "solution" we have come up initially”
“I started an online store catering to plus size niche market and sobrang naka help sakin yung sa training na "stop thinking about ur idea and start thinking about customers"
Seryosong i started my business from interviews talaga and it really worked for us. 😊”
“You will always be part of my startup story, I tell people na I met you prior sa Final Pitch. Continue to be a blessing to others.
Tanda ko pa rin lahat ng mga naturo mo.
Thanks Carlo for everything!”
Each video lesson will have it's own set of activities and output.

“We see pitches everyday and we feel that most have not validated their idea and have proceeded to create the product and that’s our main issue
Attending Carlo’s workshop prevents founders from just creating products and spending money. It also allows them to be more efficient with their products and ideas.

“Super important to determine ahead of time whether or not there is a market for your product. So getting input from your target audience, your target customer base on the assumptions that you’ve made is critical. Ultimately they are going to be the customers that will pay you.
If you don’t do it, you end up with a product with no customers.”

How I ended up helping other founders avoid the mistakes I made
If you're only watching the videos, that will take you about half an hour. What's important is that you perform the activities, produce the output and document your results. That's where the real learning happens! A full cycle of designing and running an experiment including analyzing results may take a few hours up to a couple of weeks to complete
There is no reason to use money as an excuse for not running an experiment. Granted having money allows you to do more things, Having too much people or money can also complicate your experiment too much to the point that it's slowing you down. That being said, you could go as low as zero money spent and do something on your own. Or you can outsource the creatives and almost everything else using 199jobs or Fiverr.
You definitely need an expert in the field your getting into. If you're building a way for doctors to talk to their clients, then you better make sure a doctor or an expert in hospital administration is part of your team. The most ideal type of member is someone that has expertise and passion in the area you're working on. 95% of the time, a developer is not critical at the very early stages of a new startup or business. It may even potentially cause you harm if he insists on coding your MVP. Make sure your tech person is familiar with using no code applications to build your MVP so he can get things out in days or weeks.
